 Even
after we die we're still members of the Christian Community. Our cemeteries
are reminders that we are marked with the sign of faith, that we are
remembered with great love and gratitude. This love is passed on from
generation to generation.

This summer there have been a number of funerals in the Archdiocese for
parishioners who were in their 40's and younger. It can be sobering to see
people this young dying and can cause us to reflect upon many aspects of our
own lives and those of our loved ones. "Therefore,
stay awake, for you know neither the day nor the hour." Matt. 25:13
