Our online Secure Payment Form will be discontinued effective July 31. To give customers time to prepare, the payment link (below) will remain active until that date.

After July 31, payments can still be made by:

• Calling your cemetery  directly
• Calling our main office at 317-387-7000 and being redirected
• Contacting Ian Johnston at 317-387-7003
• Setting up automatic ACC/ACH payments

Please make arrangements to transition to one of these payment options before July 31.
